International WFF Foundation 

The primary goal of WFF Fund is a technical and financial support of radio-expeditions to national parks and the reserves of the world, included in the list of WFF program.

Membership in Foundation.

Any radioamateur or SWL (physical person) from the different countries of the world and also any organisation (legal body) from the different countries of the world which support the purposes and problems of the WFF international award program can become a Member of the International WFF Foundation. The World Flora Fauna international award program includes international ecologicaly - educational, humanitarian and nature protection action on support rendering to especially protected natural territories, created for the purpose of attraction of attention of the world community to problems to especially protected natural territories, rendering of the real and practical help by it, awakenings in consciousness of inhabitants of a planet the Earth of a pride for natural and a cultural heritage, visitings of national parks and nature reserves of the world and an establishment with them sessions of radio communications.

Membership in International WFF Foundation has several statuses:

1. Membership/M - annual membership dues/20 euro

2. Life Membership/LM (life membership) – one time membership dues/80 euro (special number on a choice!)

3. Allied Member/AM (аssоciated member) – annual membership dues/80 euro

Each member of the International WFF Foundation has the right to offer a great sum which will be publicly specified in the list of International WFF Foundation members. The International WFF Foundation Member certificate is sent to each member in acknowledgement.

 

The demand for Grant reception. 

International WFF Foundation gives monetary grants to the projects which develop and popularise the international amateur radio WFF award program all over the world. The information given to the International   WFF Foundation is confinential and will be used only for statement consideration. The statement and the confirming documentation can be sent, using the form (see more below) by e-mail: info@wff44.com      

Board of International WFF Foundation directors considers each statement on rendering assistance and usually it occupies no more than 1-2 weeks.

Main principles of the International WFF Foundation.  

Fund is the international noncommercial organisation which is engaged in rendering of the financial help to separate persons or groups of people which use a radio communication for development and popularisation of international WFF award program and organise radio-expeditions to national, natural parks and the natural reserves, entered into the WFF program’s list.

The basic and general philosophy of International WFF Foundation consists that participants of radio-expedition should have a considerable financial share on expedition and though it can be carried out even without financial participation of the International WFF Foundation.

Before giving a support to a radio-expedition, the International WFF Foundation Board of directors checks qualification and readiness of the future radio-expedition under the WFF program.

4. A call sign of the candidate (applicant)

6. Date of filling the questionnaire

7. Postal address. Phone/fax

10. Is the permission to visit the territory necessary for you?

11. Is the license already given out for you?

      Please, give Fund a copy of any allowing documents which you have already received.

      We ask you to send the originals scanned copies.

12. Modes of operation: CW, SSB, RTTY, other

13. Bands of operation: 160, 80, 40, 30, 20, 17, 15, 12, 10, other.

18. What sum, in US dollars is necessary for you from the International WFF Foundation and on what purposes?

      Please, describe in details a prospective budget (transport, gasoline, entrance tickets, QSL print and others) in US dollars for operation.

Making an application on reception of the Grant from the International WFF Foundation, we undertake to adhere the following recommendations:

1. All QSL sent with the envelope enclosed in the letter with a return address of the sender and a stamp (SASE) will be immediately answered.

2. DX-expedition under the WFF program will adhere the recommended WFF frequencies.

3. On all the radio-expeditions under program WFF QSLs it is necessary to place the WFF program symbolics.
